What data do we process?
We process data that you have provided to us, in particular:
name and surname;
e-mail address;
in case of Danube Tango Marathon, all data that you enter into the particular registration form.
For what purposes do we process data?
Your data may be processed for the following purposes, with your explicit consent:
for the purpose of sending you e-mails/newsletters about Danube Tango Marathon (i.e. about our activities, events, and classes); in each e-mail/newsletter there is always an option for you to unsubscribe from receiving the e-mails/newsletters;
for the purpose of organization of Danube Tango Marathon (e.g. sending you confirmation e-mails, informing you about the organizational changes/updates concerning Danube Tango Marathon);
for the purpose of organization of particular workshops;
for the purpose of communication with various people interested in our activities.
What is the legal basis for the data processing?
We process your personal data either based on your consent provided to us when subscribing to receiving e-mails/newsletters concerning Danube Tango Marathon, or provided to us in person.
In case of Danube Tango Marathon we deem the provision of personal data as a contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract, whereas in case of failure to provide such data, we cannot provide/guarantee you the participation at the respective event.
What rights do you have?

For how long do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data for the time necessary as long as the purpose of the processing exists.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
We do not provide any third parties with your data. The registration data for this edition of the Marathon is stored on data servers in the EU, operated by Digital Ocean in compliance with GDPR.
